Job summary

Thomson Reuters Privacy Operations Analyst role focusing on day-to-day execution of the global privacy program. You will coordinate DSARs, conduct PIAs/DP IAs/TIAs, and maintain ROPA while using Azure DevOps/Jira, OneTrust, and Power Automate to scale operations across UK/EU, US, APAC and other regions.

Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and product teams to drive privacy governance, risk assessment, and data discovery across multiple jurisdictions in a dynamic multinational

Qualifications

• Experience in privacy/compliance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on with privacy platforms configuring DSARs, PIAs/DPIAs, and data mapping workflows.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for privacy work tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data subject rights requests (DSARs) and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain and report privacy KPIs and dashboards.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments (PIAs, DP IAs, TIAs) for new products and vendors.
• Maintain ROPA and data mapping across systems and third parties.
• Support privacy training and documentation updates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, Product and business teams to embed privacy by design.
