Job summary

Philtech Inc. in Taguig, Metro Manila, is looking for a privacy-conscious professional to join the Offshore Digital Legal Team.

The role emphasizes queue-based work, ticket management, and handling sensitive customer data with strict confidentiality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply OneTrust privacy platform know-how, and use Microsoft Excel/Outlook to organize tasks and deliver timely, accurate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with queue-based work, ticket management, or other workflow system.
• Experience with managing sensitive customer data in a work environment a must!
• Hands-on experience with privacy platforms, particularly OneTrust, is a plus
• General understanding of consumer data privacy. More in depth knowledge is a plus.
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with collaborative technologies like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, etc.
