Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an entry-level professional to support SIOP coordination, inventory planning, and data reporting at our Tanauan, Philippines site. You will assist in aligning operational capability with business goals and help drive cross-functional collaboration across supply chain teams.

This onsite role offers exposure to ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and hands-on experience in analytics, inventory management, and process improvement within a global aerospace leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related experience.
• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting)

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• High attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
