Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in Makati is seeking an experienced software engineer/architect to advance an AI‑driven GRC platform. You will own and evolve a complex codebase, design scalable architecture, and integrate with CMDB, IAM, and security tools across IT and OT environments.

You will lead with prompt engineering and agentic AI, ensuring robust data models and API integrations while maintaining enterprise operations.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering or architecture.
• Hands‑on experience developing software using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot).
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering and agentic AI, e.g., multi‑step reasoning, tool orchestration, and autonomous development workflows.
• Strong skills in engineering and in designing, validating, and improving AI‑generated code.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience in operating or maintaining enterprise applications (DevOps mindset) is required.
• Ideally experience in GRC, risk, or compliance environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment.

• Collaborate with a small engineering team utilizing the same underlying platform for other processes in an AI-first setup.
• Translate technical topics into clear, decision-ready information for stakeholders and management.
