Job summary

V2 Solutions seeks a Senior engineer to join a Bangalore-based team focused on developer frameworks, internal tooling, and productivity platforms. You will help design core frameworks and tools used by a distributed org of ~100 engineers across US, Denmark, and India, owning key crosscutting features and pushing a "you build it — you own it" culture.

You will contribute to high-quality code, system architecture discussions, and scalable solutions that improve how engineers build, test, and ship

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of software engineering experience.
• 8+ years in a senior role leading multi-team initiatives.
• Proven track record designing developer frameworks, SDKs, or platform services.
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring; strong system design, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal frameworks, shared libraries, and developer tools to improve reliability, speed, and consistency across teams.
• Participate in technical deep dives and system design reviews.
• Build and own cross-cutting cloud app components such as audit logging and CI/CD automation.
• Prototype and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions that simplify development for product teams.
• Continuously measure and improve developer experience metrics like build times and test stability.
• Collaborate across distributed teams to achieve shared goals with strong teamwork focus.
