Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in Engineering Manager / Tech Lead roles.
• Expertise in .NET Stack: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API or Java Stack: Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful services.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• REST APIs, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Cloud exposure (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across .NET or Java systems.
• Provide technical leadership in system design and architecture.
• Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
