Job summary

GoLive Experts Ltd. seeks a Principal NetSuite Consultant for a full-time remote role. You will analyze business processes, configure and implement NetSuite solutions, and train clients.

You will collaborate with the Head of NetSuite Delivery to support cross-functional teams in delivering comprehensive NetSuite projects. You will design NetSuite solutions using native features and add-ons, document processes, and lead end-to-end implementations across retail, WMS, manufacturing, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of industry experience.
• Experience delivering 8–10 NetSuite implementations (including OneWorld).
• Functional experience with E-commerce, WMS, Manufacturing and Financial processes in NetSuite.
• Excellent investigation and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Understanding of NetSuite integration capabilities.
• Proven delivery track record.
• NetSuite Certification desirable.
• Ability to document processes and design specs for NetSuite scoping.
• Expertise in iPaaS and NetSuite integrations with Celigo.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement NetSuite solutions using native functionality, Workflows, and add-on modules including Advanced Financials, FAM, Revenue Recognition, One World, SuiteTax, E-Invoicing.
• Create process documentation for complex, scalable solutions and integrations.
• Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementations with stakeholders across retail, warehouse & distribution, and finance.
• Troubleshoot process, application and functional issues with the support team.
• Grow expertise in NetSuite, Celigo, and related SaaS systems.
• Train NetSuite customers and end-users and provide ad-hoc functional support.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Principal NetSuite Consultant. The individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, configuring and implementing NetSuite solutions, and providing training and support to clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, developing and documenting business processes, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role also involves working closely with our Head of NetSuite Delivery to support cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement quality solutions using NetSuite's native functionality, Workflows, and add on modules Specifically Advanced Financial Experience, FAM, Revenue Recognition, One World, SuiteTax, E-Invoicing.
• Design process documentation supporting complex and scalable custom solutions and integrations.
• Manage end-to-end Netsuite implementation projects with stakeholders across retail, Warehouse & Distribution and finance verticals.
• Troubleshoot process, application and functional issues, and manage these alongside our support team.
• Grow your technical and functional expertise in NetSuite, Celigo and auxiliary SaaS systems.
• Train our NetSuite customers and their end-users and provide ad-hoc functional support when needed.

Essential qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent years of industry experience
• Experience in delivering at least 8-10 NetSuite implementations (including previous exposure to One-world)
• Functional experience with E-commerce, WMS, Manufacturing and Financial processes in NetSuite
• Excellent investigation and diagnostic skills
• Ability to build good relationships and clearly communicate expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of the system integration capabilities of NetSuite
• Proven track record of delivery
• High attention to detail
• Previous implementation Experience
• NetSuite Certification such as ERP Consultant Certification or Administrator Certification desirable
• Ability to write and review process documentation and design specifications to support the NetSuite scoping process
• Expertise in iPaaS softwares and prior experience in building NetSuite integrations with Celigo Integration Apps and a deep understanding of NetSuite Architecture and related technologies
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
