Job summary

Western Digital Capital is seeking an Early Career Talent Engineer to join their structured 24-month development program. This role includes training in manufacturing processes and supporting projects in the Head Backend Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and will engage in hands-on experience while receiving mentorship throughout the program.

The position is based in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines, and offers foundational training in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or a maximum of 1 year of work experience.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering principles.
• Willingness to commit to the full 24-month BEST Program structure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training modules.
• Support small-scope improvement projects under mentor guidance.
• Document observations and contribute to yield and efficiency data collection.
• Engage in milestone assessments and Individual Development Plan (IDP) reviews.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and commitment to the program.

Skills

Education
