EPM Solutions in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Principal Consultant / Solutions Architect to lead EPM implementations for key clients. You will bridge advanced technical capabilities with strategic business understanding, delivering measurable value while strengthening client partnerships.

The role requires 7+ years in EPM, expertise in data modeling, ETL, and financial processes, and proven leadership of large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in EPM implementations.
• Strong data modeling, ETL, and systems integration skills.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience advising Office of Finance leaders and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading large enterprise implementations; CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus.
• Excellent project management, written and verbal communication, and leadership.

YOUR IMPACT

As Principal Consultant, you will combine deep technical expertise in EPM implementations with strong client relationship management and functional knowledge of finance operations. This role bridges the gap between advanced technical capability and strategic business understanding, driving successful project outcomes while strengthening our client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EPM implementations for key clients, functioning as both solution architect and trusted business advisor
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable business value
• Build and manage client relationships with a consultative approach, particularly within the Office of Finance
• Provide thought leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting best practices
• Mentor and develop junior team members to strengthen our delivery capabilities
• Collaborate effectively with our international development team to ensure seamless project delivery
• Create standardized methodologies and frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency
• Drive adoption of Jedox tools within client organizations through effective stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in EPM implementations (EPM platforms like Jedox, TM1, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream will be considered)
• Strong technical expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and financial systems integration
• Deep functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Experience advising Office of Finance leaders and translating their requirements into technical solutions
• Experience leading implementations for large enterprises, particularly conglomerates, is highly desirable
• Finance or accounting background (CPA, CFA, or MBA) is a plus
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreamsStrong written and verbal communication skills
• Team leadership experience and demonstrated ability to mentor junior resources
