Job summary

WERCHER SOLUTIONS AND RESOURCES LABOR SERVICE COOPERATIVE is seeking a Pricing Assistant in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will support pricing operations, maintain accurate pricing data and help ensure competitive pricing across the organisation.

This full-time role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with sales, finance and operations to ensure pricing accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business administration qualification is advantageous.
• Experience as Pricing Assistant or administrative role in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English; Filipino language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyse and maintain pricing data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and update pricing lists, quotations and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Research market trends, competitor pricing and benchmarks to inform pricing strategies.
• Develop and implement pricing models and frameworks.
• Monitor pricing changes, discounts and promotions.
• Coordinate with sales, finance and operations for pricing accuracy.
