A Plus Falcons Freight Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Pricing Officer responsible for handling local and sales accounts, delivering tailored shipping solutions at competitive costs.

You will liaise with international and local agents for pricing, coordinate with operations to stay updated on customs rules, support internal sales, and assist accounting with billing to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Graduate with four-year degree, preferably in customs or related field.
• 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Customs broker license is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle client and sales inquiries for inbound/outbound shipments with competitive pricing.
• Liaise with international and local agents to obtain competitive quotes.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on inquiries and proposals.
• Coordinate with Operations to align on customs rules and process improvements.
• Support Internal Sales to secure more business with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate billing and timely payment of invoices.
• Coordinate with Forwarding to ensure all details are endorsed to prevent penalties.
• Maintain detailed records of shipments and customer interactions.

Job Summary

Pricing Officer is responsible for handling both local and Sales accounts, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions at competitive costs to secure more business.

Duties & Responsibilties

• Handle Client and Sales inquiries for both inbound and outbound shipments, providing effective solutions with competitive rates.
• Liaise with both International and local Agents to obtain competitive pricing
• Ensure timely communication and follow ups regarding all client inquiries and submitted proposals
• Work closely with the Operations department to streamline process and stay informed about Customs rules and regulations.
• Supporting our Internal Sales Department to secure more business by providing the utmost care and tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing and timely payment of Invoices.
• Work closely with the Forwarding department to ensure all details are properly endorsed, preventing any potential penalties.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all shipments and customer interactions for accurate tracking and reference.
• Ensure transactions are conducted only with legitimate Agents, Vendors, and Clients, supported by formal agreements or signed acceptance of proposals.
• Perform other administrative task as assigned, when necessary.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any four years Course preferably BS Customs Administration
• With at least 1 to 2 years working experience in the same capacity
• With License Customs Broker is an advantage
• With excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila
