Job summary

EY is seeking a Commercial Excellence Supervising Associate in Taguig to support pricing and deal competitiveness. You will develop business cases, charging models, and client proposals, while building financial models and cost-to-serve analyses using Excel and EY tools.

You will synthesize market benchmarks, support negotiations, and mentor junior team members, ensuring pricing narratives are accurate and aligned with EY standards. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of pricing, financial analysis, or commercial support experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with budgeting and modeling experience.
• Exposure to professional services or pricing tools is an advantage.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing and commercial activities: prepare business cases, charging models, client proposals and presentations.
• Perform financial modeling and cost-to-serve analysis using Excel and EY tools.
• Gather competitive intelligence to position EY offerings.
• Coordinate pursuit deliverables and assist negotiations with pricing narratives aligned to EY standards.
• Assist in price testing, benchmarking, and differentiation strategies.
• Contribute to commercial model design and client value optimization.
• Research market indicators to refine price positioning and value articulation.
• Drive adoption of pricing tools and templates across pursuits; mentor junior staff.
