VR CONCEPT INC. in Manila is seeking a press brake operator to bend and form sheet metal according to engineering drawings and work instructions. You will perform basic machine setup, measure finished parts, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

You will read drawings, set tooling and machine parameters, and ensure parts meet required specifications. Willingness to work shifts and maintain quality and production targets is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic reading of engineering drawings and work instructions required.
• Basic knowledge of measuring tools and mechanical equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.

About the role

Operates press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and required specifications. Performs basic machine setup, measures finished parts, and maintains a safe and organized work area.

Key responsibilities

• Operate press brake equipment safely and efficiently.

• Set up tooling, dies, and machine parameters for assigned jobs.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Measure parts using calipers, rulers, gauges, and other measuring tools.

• Inspect finished parts for correct dimensions, angles, and quality.

• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.

• Identify defective materials or parts and report quality issues.

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.

• Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Maintain production records and meet assigned production targets.

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of measuring tools and mechanical equipment.

• Ability to read drawings and follow written instructions.

• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
