Responsibilities

Progressive Technology is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised Presentation Specialist – Client Proposal Design to develop professional, visually engaging, and persuasive presentations that support client acquisition, business development, and corporate communication initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex business information, technical content, project details, and client requirements into clear, compelling, and visually appealing presentations. This role involves designing client proposals, sales presentations, pitch decks, executive briefings, project overviews, and other business communication materials that reflect the companys professional standards and brand identity.

The ideal candidate should combine strong visual design capabilities with excellent communication, storytelling, information organisation, and document formatting skills. The candidate will work closely with sales teams, business development professionals, project managers, marketing specialists, and senior stakeholders to understand presentation objectives and deliver high-quality materials within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain professional client proposals, corporate presentations, sales pitch decks, and business development materials.
• Transform complex information, business strategies, technical descriptions, and project data into easy-to-understand visual presentations.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations using professional layouts, graphics, charts, diagrams, icons, and infographics.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and presentation objectives.
• Develop customised proposals that address client challenges, business opportunities, proposed solutions, and expected outcomes.
• Ensure all presentations follow company branding guidelines, visual standards, typography, and colour schemes.
• Organise presentation content into logical sections with clear messaging and a consistent storytelling approach.
• Review and edit presentation materials for spelling, grammar, accuracy, formatting, and visual consistency.
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and make revisions within agreed timelines.
• Develop reusable presentation templates, slide libraries, design assets, and proposal document formats.
• Prepare executive summaries, project timelines, process diagrams, comparison charts, and supporting visual materials.
• Maintain organised records of presentation files, templates, approved content, and design resources.
• Manage multiple presentation requests while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Ensure confidential client information and sensitive business documents are handled appropriately.
• Stay updated on presentation design trends, business communication techniques, and productivity tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours

Full-time position with working hours based on company operational requirements.
