Job summary

The role requires strong leadership across multi‑shift operations and a solid background in Esko/ArtPro workflows, with emphasis on color management and quality control.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Graduate in Printing Technology or related field
• 8-15 years of experience in pre-press for packaging / flexo printing
• Strong leadership and multi‑shift management skills
• Excellent color management and proofing discipline

Job Purpose To lead and manage the complete pre-press function for flexographic printing, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficient workflow execution.
