Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives client's file/artwork and ensure that it is ready for pre-press or print
• Accepts, reviews and prepares proofs of client files for printing in time to reach projected deadline
• Make sure all instructions and job descriptions in the invoice specification are strictly followed.
• Maintain personal productivity and quality standards to achieve client satisfaction with every job.
• Working closely with team leaders, and collaborates with imposition, and the production team to guarantee high-quality printed materials.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop.
• Familiar with printing concepts such as: pre-flighting, trapping, file in position, overprinting, knockout, bleed, image resolution, RGB to CMYK conversion is an advantage.
• Experience in working at a publishing or printing company is an advantage.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot, preflight files & can work under tight deadlines.
• Strong eye for detail and quality control.
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and render overtime if needed. (day & night shifts)
