Job summary

APEM Philippines, INC. in Clark Freeport Zone seeks a skilled fitter to assemble, fit, and install mechanical components per drawings and work instructions.

You will measure, mark, cut, drill, and shape materials to meet tolerances, align and secure parts using hand and power tools, and inspect fit-up before final assembly. You should read and interpret drawings, have 1–3 years of experience in fitting or fabrication, and be physically fit for manual work.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or technical diploma with mechanical focus.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specs.
• 1–3 years experience in fitting, fabrication, or assembly.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical training may be considered.
• Physically fit for manual and mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and install mechanical components per drawings and work instructions.
• Measure, mark, cut, drill, grind, file, and shape materials to spec.
• Align and secure components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Inspect mating parts and verify proper fit-up before final assembly.
• Perform mechanical adjustments to meet specifications.
