APEM Philippines, INC. in Clark Freeport Zone seeks a skilled fitter to assemble, fit, and install mechanical components per drawings and work instructions.

You will measure, mark, cut, drill, and shape materials to meet tolerances, align and secure parts using hand and power tools, and inspect fit-up before final assembly. You should read and interpret drawings, have 1–3 years of experience in fitting or fabrication, and be physically fit for manual work.

• Measure, mark, cut, drill, grind, file, and shape materials to achieve required dimensions and tolerances.
• Align and secure components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Inspect mating parts and ensure proper fit-up before final assembly.
• Perform mechanical adjustments and modifications when necessary to meet specifications.

Job Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or Technical Course Graduate in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, Metal Fabrication, or a related field.
• Preferably with at least 1–3 years of experience in fitting, fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical training may be considered.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual and mechanical work.
