Responsibilities

• Set up welders and machines; operate microscope and troubleshoot minor setup problems.
• Lead 6S activities pre- and post-shift (manual or semi-automatic).
• Perform process monitors (visuals, SPC, sampling test) per spec procedures.
• Handle computer transactions for station details and lot quantities.
• Categorize rejected parts correctly and maintain inventory records.
• Decide based on existing specifications and criteria.
• Perform other duties as needed and follow procedures; highlight safety/quality/output issues during shift.
