Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Preboarding Coordinator to streamline onboarding for our client candidates. You will partner with the recruitment team and third party vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, offers, and paperwork.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data reporting, and mentoring newer team members, with overtime as needed and opportunities to grow within IBM Consulting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruitment administration experience including screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding and offers.
• At least 1+ years of experience in candidate selection processes.
• 6 months of HR and/or staffing experience.
• RPO experience is a plus.

Your Role And Responsibilities

The Preboarding Coordinator is an administrative role responsible for facilitating the completion of onboarding procedures for selected candidates. The Coordinator will work with the recruitment team members and third party vendors to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistic and administration of recruitment process for our Client
• Maintenance and daily usage of Client recruitment tools and systems
• Train and mentor new Candidate Care team members
• Share knowledge and best practices
• Support implementation of new accounts
• Identify areas for improvements and initiate process improvement plans
• Prepare report templates, analyze data, create and conduct presentations
• Lead new projects and initiatives
• Operate as support for the supervisor and serve as backup supervisor when needed
• Prepare root cause analysis
• Prepare and recommend solution alternatives.
• Develop resolution to problems handle non-routine actions/problems.
• Provide advice to management
• Regularly demonstrate discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance of IBM.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
• For Leadership track: Must enjoy working with others and have displayed leadership qualities. Must also be able to analyze data and create process efficiencies.
• For Analytical track: Must enjoy reporting, analyzing, and creating process efficiencies and have worked towards such goals.
• Must be able to work overtime as required

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 1+ years’ experience in recruitment administration (screening and sourcing, scheduling of interviews, onboarding, offers)
• At least 1+ years’ experience in candidate selection process
• At least 6 months experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• At least 6 months’ experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform your job duties
• At least 6 months’ experience with computers including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Familiarity with US geography, culture, government laws and employment requirements is a plus
