Job summary

Laus Group in Baguio is seeking a Pre-Delivery Inspector to support the sales team by inspecting units before delivery, ensuring alignment with Laus Group’s mission and quality standards.

Responsibilities include receiving units, performing inspections with an approved checklist, submitting reports, coordinating with Aftersales for repairs, and securing tools and documents for handover. A related automotive background and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Automotive Technology or related course.
• At least one year related work experience from the automotive industry or any related experience.
• Knows how to drive and with a valid professional driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receives new vehicle units from shipment and conducts inspection using an approved checklist.
• Performs a pre-delivery inspection or stencil of all units from the dealer principal.
• Prepares and submits signed forms to Business Manager or Sales Admin.
• Submits vehicle transit damage or discrepancy report (if any) immediately or within the first 4 working hours to the Business Manager.
• Coordinates with Aftersales if repairs or rectification are required at any given time upon approval of the Business Manager.
• Secures tools, manuals, spare keys, floor mats, etc. assigned to respective units and handovers them to the Sales Admin with proper markings.
• Performs an inventory physical count with Finance personnel, participates in the reconciliation, and records discrepancies including the condition of the vehicle unit.
