NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. seeks a Pre-Construction Associate to support architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams in the early phases of project development.

This role blends technical drafting, project coordination, and pre‑construction documentation to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of AutoCAD experience, plus familiarity with ZWCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recent AutoCAD experience; proficiency with ZWCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop is highly beneficial.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and sketches.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multi view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Convert sketches and architectural notes into precise digital drawings while meeting standards.
• Assist with estimating, plan takeoffs, bid preparation, and other pre‑construction deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and shop personnel to confirm field conditions and clarify design requirements.
• Review drawings and specifications to verify accuracy, buildability, and compliance.
