You will collaborate with homeowners, builders, and the design team to produce precise, legally compliant construction drawings in the imperial system using AutoCAD LT. The role requires excellent English communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage 6–8 projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and adhering to American standards and

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD LT and drafting in the imperial system.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed fast deadlines with high-quality drawings.
• Communicate daily with leadership on project progress.
• Handle 6-8 projects simultaneously.
• Translate abstract design concepts into precise, legally compliant construction documents.
• Maintain title blocks, scale notations, annotations, and consistent dimension strings.
• Ensure drawings comply with American building standards and local/state codes.
• Incorporate client and team redlines and revisions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with homeowners, builders, and design team throughout each project.
• Proactively identify and flag potential design or documentation issues.
