Job summary

Vero Marketing Services Philippines Corporation offers a dynamic internship in a Southeast Asian PR consultancy. You will support the Accounts Team from concept through post-launch, participate in client and supplier meetings, and help create monitoring reports for top brands.

The role emphasizes collaboration, creative input, and the development of hybrid working skills while operating in an international environment with English and Filipino communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Communication Arts, Public Relations, Marketing Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Curious, ambitious, driven, creative, outspoken, and motivated.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator; practical knowledge of animation.
• Good teamwork spirit and attention to detail.
• Can do attitude, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work in an international environment using English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in client-related creative brainstorms, client meetings, and supplier meetings.
• Monitor daily trends and news related to assigned accounts.
• Produce monitoring and coverage reports for clients.
• Follow the team's organizational tools and processes.
• Actively execute strategies alongside the Accounts Team.
• Attend client calls, negotiate with agency vendors, and support campaign execution and coordination from inception to post-launch.
