Awards Central Philippines Inc. invites a Marketing Intern to join our team in Manila to support day-to-day initiatives, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.

You will assist with market research and gather materials for campaigns while collaborating with departments to ensure brand consistency. The role offers hands-on experience in a professional marketing setting, exposure to actual campaigns, and learning opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of marketing activities, social media, and content creation.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Basic design tools knowledge (Canva or similar) is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn with good written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating content for social media platforms and other marketing channels.
• Assist in preparing social media posts, captions, promotional materials, and marketing content.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Help manage and monitor the company's social media accounts.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Assist in gathering information, videos, and other materials for marketing content.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain information and materials for campaigns.
• Assist in organizing marketing files, documents, and content calendars.
• Monitor social media engagement and assist in preparing basic reports.
• Help maintain consistent company branding across marketing materials.
