Job summary

Polestrom Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a senior Associate Director to lead PPP transactions from structuring through financial close. You will own complex mandates, head multi-disciplinary teams, and advise government and private sector counterparts.

The role emphasizes business development and knowledge sharing, with exposure to landmark projects and a collaborative, performance-driven culture. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in infrastructure advisory, project finance, or PPP transactions
• Demonstrated experience bringing at least one PPP project through development, approval and/or financial close
• Strong working command of feasibility studies, financial modelling (financial, economic, fiscal analysis) and PPP contracts
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure
• Ability to independently originate mandates or contribute to business development

Responsibilities

• Lead PPP transactions end-to-end from structuring through approval and financial close
• Manage multi-stakeholder engagement across government bodies, sponsors, and financiers
• Oversee financial and economic models to ensure robustness and bankability
• Drive procurement processes and negotiations for PPP mandates
• Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to firm knowledge base
