Job summary

UNILOX INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated PPIC Supervisor to oversee production planning, inventory control, and import/export coordination across the supply chain. You will develop schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods while optimizing inventory levels.

You will collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams, analyze data for improvements, and ensure compliance with customs and international trade requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience handling import/export processes, customs documentation, and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer demand, and manufacturing capacity
• Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure alignment of materials and production requirements
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays and meet delivery timelines
• Analyze production data to improve planning efficiency and resource utilization
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Ensure accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting
• Implement inventory control strategies to avoid shortages, overstocking, and obsolescence
• Oversee importation of raw materials and exportation of finished goods to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers for shipment processing
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, documentation, and international trade requirements
