Job summary

Asiacruit, Inc. is seeking a PPC Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid search campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms. You will drive qualified traffic, improve conversions, and support measurable business growth.

You will collaborate with content, SEO, creative, web development, and sales teams, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and deliver regular performance reports, staying ahead of platform changes and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in PPC or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Strong skills in keyword research, match types, bidding strategies and audience targeting.
• Experience optimizing campaigns toward ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of landing page optimization and digital customer journeys.
• Experience creating performance reports using spreadsheets or dashboards.
• Strong budget management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across search, display, shopping, and remarketing.
• Manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, competitor research, and audience targeting.
• Develop and optimize ad copy, extensions, landing page recommendations, and assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, impression share, quality score, and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Perform ongoing A/B testing of ads, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Manage daily and monthly paid media budgets.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and platform tools.
• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Prepare regular PPC performance reports and communicate insights and trends.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, creative, web development, and sales teams.
• Stay informed about platform changes, privacy requirements, and best practices.
• Maintain campaign structures, naming conventions, documentation, and processes.
