Job summary

AspenTech, a global leader in OT software, seeks experienced engineers to implement and optimize Advanced Distribution Management Systems for electric utilities. You will design, deploy, and troubleshoot ADMS solutions across DPflow, FLISR and VVC/VVO deployments, collaborating with OSI development teams and GIS groups.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in electrical or computer science, with programming skills (C/Python) and willingness to travel ~25%.

• Willingness to travel about 25% on average.

Responsibilities

• Implement control systems at electric utilities to improve efficiency and meet contract requirements.
• Participate in design, planning and execution of ADMS projects.
• Support testing events with the customer and assist deployment.
• Install and configure ADMS components like DPF, FLISR, and VVC/VVO.
• Collaborate with OSI development teams to troubleshoot and test product changes.
• Interface with GIS teams to model and load electrical networks into the DMS.
• Train customers on operating the systems and provide technical support.
