Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design, analyze and maintain electrical systems for projects from concept to implementation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, compliance and efficiency across facilities and equipment. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of power systems and experience with AutoCAD/ETAP/EPLAN, PLCs/SCADA and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and distribution.
• Familiarity with transformers, switchgear, generators and motor control centers.
• Understanding of electrical codes and standards.
• Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP or EPLAN.
• Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA and industrial automation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs.
• Professional licensure or board pass preferred (REE/PEE/OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems, power distribution networks and control systems.
• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, specifications and docs.
• Perform load calculations and system analyses; select equipment.
• Develop solutions to improve performance, reliability and safety.
• Plan, budget, and execute electrical projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
