Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks an Application Engineering Analyst to provide technical support for submittal documents and bid opportunities. You will help sales teams with equipment selections based on plans and design conditions, coordinating with North America and Canada sales teams and external customers.

The role emphasizes electrical diagram interpretation, UPS systems knowledge, and strong communication in English to ensure accurate and timely proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• 1 year of electrical knowledge experience with UPS, batteries, PDU, and monitoring systems.
• 1 year of customer service and sales technical support experience.
• At least 18 months as Associate Engineer (Technical Support).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and interpret UPS systems.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Excel; MS Office skills.
• Clear English communication, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of data center operation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Industry, systems and process knowledge; global customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by customizing submittal documents and proposals.
• Search, track, review, and process Power Management opportunities to help close sales.
• Coordinate bid opportunities with sales reps and external customers.
• Support North America and Canada sales teams with accurate equipment selections.
