Job summary

Egis Group in Manila is seeking a seasoned Digital Solutions, Automation & AI specialist to lead Power Platform, M365, and AI-enabled initiatives. You’ll work directly with stakeholders, design scalable technology solutions, and drive process improvement across the business.

The role spans business analysis, solution design, governance, and training, with hands-on development in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, plus AI opportunities and Copilot Studio explorations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Advanced capability in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Expert-level Excel skills including Power Query and Power Pivot.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of existing production solutions across the Power Platform and Microsoft 365, maintaining and evolving.
• Manage solutions in productions
• Lead migration projects from legacy systems to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Guide customers on document control and records management, supporting compliance and information integrity.
• Build customer capability via coaching, demos, and training; produce training materials.
• Prepare effort estimates for proposals and support presales.
• Governance and support for customers' Microsoft 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify process inefficiencies and transformation opportunities.
• Use advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot for analysis, modelling, and automation.
• Identify and roll out AI, Copilot, and intelligent automation opportunities across the business.
• Lead discussions on Copilot Studio, AI agents, and AI-enabled Power Platform solutions.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI capabilities and translate into practical use cases.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and act as trusted tech advisor.
• Operate within ITIL change and release management practices.

As Digital Solutions, Automation & AI, you'll partner closely with the business to find where processes can be simplified,manual work stripped out, and technology put to work lifting productivity and sharpening decision-making.It's a hands-on position spanning business analysis, solution design, Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, automation, and emerging AI. Expect to sit directly with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and shape business problems into scalable,practical technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI capabilities and convert them into practical business use cases.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted technology advisor.
• Work within ITIL best-practice methodology (change and release management, for instance).

EDUCATION LEVEL

• Typically minimum of degree or proven industry experience in Software, Digital, IS and other relevant subjects

• Expert-level Excel skills, Power Query and Power Pivot included.

SKILLS

• Deep experience designing, building, and deploying solutions across M365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills -including designing and leading workshops -paired with excellent verbal, written (technical and business), and presentation abilities that make technical information easy to follow.
• The skill to translate complex business problems into clear requirements and practical, M365-based solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architectures.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving capability.
• A track record building Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Deep knowledge of core M365 collaboration services -M365
