BairesDev is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer to design and deploy low-code solutions that transform manual processes into efficient digital workflows. You will be the technical bridge between business needs and scalable Microsoft-based applications.

Qualifications

4+ years in software engineering or low-code development.
Experience building apps with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
Experience automating business processes with Power Automate.
Experience with Dataverse, Power BI and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Strong relational database design and SQL skills.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Architect and build custom canvas and model-driven apps to solve operational challenges.
Design automated workflows with Power Automate to reduce manual steps.
Manage and optimize Dataverse environments for secure data storage.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations with Power BI for real-time insights.
Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and external services.
Implement governance and security controls, including RBAC and DLP policies.
