Job summary

GECO Philippines is hiring an Automation Developer to design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve business efficiency and streamline IT operations. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of automation experience with Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, API integrations, and process automation, and can collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS/CE/SE or related field.
• At least 5 years of automation development experience.
• Strong design, development, testing, and maintenance of automation solutions.
• Experience with Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and Agile or Scrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate business and IT processes.
• Develop automation solutions using Power Platform and other tech.
• Integrate automation with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Test, validate, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.
• Monitor and enhance existing automation solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, QA, and business teams.
• Create technical documentation and user guides.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of automation.
• Provide support for incidents and production deployments.
