Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analytics and BI Developer to design and maintain reports and dashboards for a major Financial Service Account. You will refresh data, optimize SQL queries, and support ETL components under senior guidance.

The role requires 2–4 years in BI or data analytics, with hands-on Tableau/Power BI skills and strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in BI, data analytics, or related technical roles.
• Hands‑on experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain reports and interactive visualization dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools.
• Perform scheduled dashboard and report data refreshes for timeliness and accuracy.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries in MS SQL Server to extract and update data.
• Support existing data models and ETL processes under guidance of seniors.
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and refresh schedules.
• Demonstrate dashboards to internal team members and client stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation for end users, including how-to guides and dashboard descriptions.
