Qualifications

• Consulting environment experience across multiple concurrent clients.
• Data modelling with Kimball concepts.
• Advanced DAX with iterator and filter context.
• Power Query / M for maintainable transformations.
• General programming habits: clean code, error handling, testing.
• Understanding of ledgers and 3-way P&L modelling.
• Data governance, workspace governance, RLS and gateways.
• Version control for BI artefacts.
• Microsoft Power BI certification related to Power BI/Fabric.
• Business English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Power BI semantic models with DAX measures.
• Configure workspaces, deployment pipelines, gateways, and refreshes.
• Document each solution and hand over clear documentation.
• Peer review colleagues' models and reports against standards.
• Inform engagement leads about progress, risks, and scope.
• Record time and contribute to estimates for new work.
• Coach client staff and junior team members in BI practice.
