Qualifications

• At least High School graduate or TESDA/vocational course related to metal works, spray painting, or fabrication is an advantage
• With experience in powder coating line operations and/or spray painting (metal finishing) is preferred but not required
• Knowledgeable in proper handling, mixing, and application of powder coating materials
• Physically fit; able to lift, move, and hang metal parts for coating and baking
• Familiar with safety procedures and PPE use in a fabrication/production environment
• Keen attention to detail to ensure quality finish and uniform coating
• Willing to be trained, follow instructions, and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
• Can work with minimal supervision, flexible with shifting schedules or overtime when needed
