Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a Processing Plant Assistant to support daily dressing-plant operations in Kananga, Leyte. You will help monitor flow, ensure targets and schedules are met, and maintain proper handling and records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic computer skills (MS Excel/MS Office), willingness to work in a plant setting, and strong organizational and documentation abilities to support QA, logistics, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Food Technology, Meat Technology, Animal Science, Agriculture or Industrial Technology.
• Preferably with experience in food processing, poultry processing, dressing plant, manufacturing or production operations.
• Knowledge of production processes, food safety, sanitation and quality control is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a plant/production environment and follow shifting schedules.
• Good organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations and production activities of the Dressing Plant.
• Monitor and coordinate the flow of dressed chicken and other processed products.
• Assist in ensuring that production targets, schedules, and operational requirements are met.
• Monitor proper handling, storage, and movement of products and materials within the plant.
• Assist in checking production output, inventory, and operational records.
• Ensure compliance with established quality, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in monitoring proper use and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Maintenance, and other concerned departments regarding operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, monitoring sheets, and other required documents.
• Report production concerns, product discrepancies, equipment issues, and other operational incidents to the immediate superior.
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, GMP, and food safety programs.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
