Bank of Commerce (Philippines) is seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist to review and validate Authority to Deliver (ATD) and Letter of Guaranty (LOG) documents for approved auto and housing loan accounts. The role ensures completeness and accuracy before signing and coordinates with Account Officers for documentary requirements.

The successful candidate will verify that fees are collected and insurance policies are in place prior to issuance.

Responsabilités

• Ensures completeness and accuracy of loan documents prior to signing of ATD and LOG.
• Ensures that only approved auto loan and housing loan applications with complete documentary requirements as indicated in the Loan Approval Memo and Approval Advice will be issued the ATD and LOG.
• Coordinates with the Account Officer/ Marketing Assistant for documentary requirements concern.
• Ensures that necessary fees are collected and insurance policy or quotation are in place prior to issuance of ATD and LOG.
• Validatea Monitoring Information Sheet (MIS) of accounts with issued ATD and LOG then ensure that document deficiencies are submitted within the approved commitment date.
• Ensures that decisions made in relation to the function/position are in compliance with processing guidelines, procedures and Bank’s credit policies.

Reviews/validates Letter of Guarantee (LOG), Take-out Letter document being issued to Sellers / Developers for approved Housing loan accounts.

II. Job Duties and Responsibilities
