Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a reliable cashier to join our Sta. Cruz arcade team in Zambales. You will handle payments, operate registers and POS devices, and ensure accurate pricing and receipts for every customer.

The ideal candidate holds a business-related degree or any 4-year course, has at least 1 year of cashiering experience, and demonstrates strong customer service, communication, and computer skills with keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or any 4-year course.
• Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in Sta. Cruz, Zambales Arcade.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and card terminals.
• Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accept payments, ensure prices and quantities are accurate, and provide receipts.
• Handle exchanges and refunds quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep checkout area clean and orderly.
