MR DIY Philippines in San Carlos Town Center (SCTC) is seeking a Store Cashier to support checkout operations and customer service. The role emphasizes accurate transactions and friendly service for shoppers.

The position requires operating the cash register and POS, proper cash handling, balancing the drawer, processing payments, handling exchanges, and keeping the checkout area clean and orderly.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or any 4-year course.
• Background in cashiering; POS experience preferred.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in San Carlos Town Center.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
