Job summary

Adani Transmission seeks an experienced intelligence and security professional to lead physical security operations and automation initiatives across sites. You will build intelligence networks, coordinate with police, manage risk controls, and guide incident investigations to protect people and assets.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Security & Intelligence and 15+ years of field experience, with budgeting, training, and governance responsibilities across sites in Odisha, India.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect information on potential criminal activities and union movements to reduce risks.
• Develop a network of informants (Adani Mitra) to monitor threats.
• Maintain records of antisocial elements and monitor movements discreetly.
• Investigate crime scenes, preserve evidence, track suspects, and conduct interrogations.
• Collaborate with local police to assist reporting crimes and navigating FIRs.
• Oversee the Security Operational Plan and annual budgeting; implement AI security measures.
• Conduct intelligence and vigilance training for security personnel.
• Liaise with local police, villagers, panchayat members, and government bodies.
• Stay updated on digital and AI advancements to enhance business.
• Promote a respectful and safe workplace; mentor for growth.

Job description

Intelligence Gathering and Risk Mitigation:

Collect information on potential criminal activities and union movements, sharing insights with field and operations teams to reduce risks. Counter espionage efforts and prevent internal information leaks by managing the flow of intelligence to the appropriate parties.

Community Intelligence Network:

Develop a network of informants, known as Adani Mitra, among employees and the local community to monitor suspicious activities and gather intelligence on potential threats.

Surveillance and Record Keeping:

Maintain records of antisocial elements in the vicinity, monitoring their movements discreetly to prevent any subversive activities.

Investigation and Property Protection:

Investigate crime scenes, preserve evidence, study criminal methods, track suspects, and conduct interrogations to protect property and resolve cases.

Collaborate with local police to assist business owners in reporting crimes and navigating the legal process for complaints and FIRs.

Security Planning and Budgeting:

Oversee the Security Operational Plan, manage annual budgeting, and implement innovative security measures, including Artificial Intelligence.

Training and Development:

Conduct intelligence and vigilance training for security personnel, encouraging the development of independent sources and a robust intelligence network.

Government and Community Relations:

Liaise with local police, villagers, panchayat members, and government bodies to exchange information and maintain community relations.

Digital Mindset:

Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Team Development:
