Qualifications

• PSLE English or WPLN Level 4 required.
• Able to work OT and rotating shifts (including weekends).
• Capable of lifting heavy loads and performing manual labour in a port environment.
• Singapore Citizens/PR only.

Responsibilities

• Assist with port operations on the wharf and onboard vessels, following safety procedures and securing rigging lines.
• Maintain lashing gear in good condition and proper working order.
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure smooth port operations.
• Assist with other port activities as required.
• Wharf activities: berthing/unberthing vessels and securing mooring ropes; fixing/removing twist-locks at container corners.
• Onboard vessel: unlock containers and lash/unlash using rods and turnbuckles, then release at destination.
