Job summary

NUTSRV PHILIPPINES CORP. is seeking a qualified Pollution Control Officer with a background in electrical engineering to oversee regulatory compliance, safety programs, and OSH training within a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to implement workplace safety initiatives and maintain meticulous documentation across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate, preferably licensed as an Electrical Engineer.
• Preferably with experience as a Pollution Control Officer in a manufacturing setting.
• Preferably completed Basic PCO training per EMB-recognized organization; company training if not yet attended.
• Organized and able to communicate updates and feedback effectively, efficiently, and promptly.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements, reportorial duties, and health and safety programs.
• Computer literate (MS Office, SketchUp & AutoCAD).
• Has attended 40 hours Basic OSH Training; advantage.
• Ability and initiative to implement effective workplace safety programs.
• Results-oriented, industrious, and able to relate to all levels in the organization.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Job description

• Must be a College Graduate preferably a license Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

• Preferably with working experience as a Pollution Control Officer in a manufacturing industry.

• Preferably underwent Basic PCO training course by an EMB-recognized training organization/institution with Certificate but a successful applicant who was not able to attend PCO training yet will be sent by the Company for training.

• Organized and able to communicate, give update and feedback effectively, efficiently, and promptly.

• Familiar with regulatory requirements, reportorial, and health and safety programs is an advantage.

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications, sketch up & AutoCad)

• Has attended forty (40) hours Basic OSH Trainingis an advantage

• Has the ability and the initiative to implement well workplace safety programs

• Results-oriented, industrious, and can relate well to all levels in the organization

• Has good analytical skills and very keen on details

• Has strong leadership skills
