Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in risk management, compliance, or audit, and demonstrates proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and ServiceNow. A collaborative, process-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

1–3 years experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
Understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk related matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions such as Service Now.

Responsibilities

Create relevant reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, spot inconsistencies, and ensure completeness and accuracy in reports.
Create and manage the team’s Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.
Execute controls by understanding end‑to‑end processes to support effective control and governance activities.
Assist senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs.
Recognize good vs. weak practices, elevate issues appropriately, and document observations clearly, even when acting under supervision.
Operate with the support of experienced staff and senior management.
Develop into serving as a subject matter expert for policy and governance matters.
