Principal Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Create relevant reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, spot inconsistencies, and ensure completeness and accuracy in reports.


• Create and manage the team's Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.


• Execute controls by understanding end-to-end processes to support effective control and governance activities.


• Assists senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs.


• Ability to recognize what \"good\" vs. \"weak\" practices look like, escape issues appropriately, and document observations clearly, even when acting under supervision.


• Operates with the support of experienced staff and senior management.


• Candidate will develop into serving as a subject matter expert for policy and governance matters.
