Position Summary

This Compliance Analyst role supports the enhancement of Compliance’s policy and governance programs, providing oversight and reporting for policy and governance workstreams.

Principal Responsibilities

• Create relevant reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring completeness and accuracy in reports.
• Create and manage the team’s Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.
• Execute controls by understanding end‑to‑end processes to support effective control and governance activities.
• Assist senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs.
• Recognize what “good” vs. “weak” practices look like, escalat[e] issues appropriately, and document observations clearly, even when acting under supervision.
• Operate with the support of experienced staff and senior management.
• Develop into a subject matter expert for policy and governance matters.

Required Skills/Experience

• At least 1‑3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk‑related matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions such as Service Now.
• History of producing accurate, timely reporting with minimal rework.
• Builds trust through consistency, clarity, and follow‑through.
