Job summary

FWD Life Philippines is seeking a Policy Administration Operations leader to drive end-to-end policy servicing, maintain strong controls, and improve persistency and customer outcomes across the lifecycle. You will oversee servicing transactions, manage escalations, and ensure governance compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in insurance ops, with at least 3 years in people leadership, to build a high-performing team and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or related functions.
• At least 3 years of people management experience leading operational teams.
• Strong understanding of life insurance policy administration and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Policy Owner Services operations with accurate, customer-focused servicing.
• Meet service levels, turnaround times, productivity, and quality targets.
• Oversee policy servicing transactions and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor performance and drive efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance standards are met.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and promote accountability.
