Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Makati seeks an individual to support the Product Manager in managing the full cycle of Point-of-Care Testing products. You will conduct research, act as a liaison between internal teams, and provide operational support to promote POCT products.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of POCT technologies and prior exposure to clinical diagnostics and medical device companies. A flexible schedule is necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Point-of-Care Testing technologies, instruments, reagents, and consumables.
• Working knowledge of clinical laboratory workflows, instrumentation, and testing processes.
• Prior exposure to clinical diagnostics, in-vitro diagnostics, or medical device companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in managing the full cycle of POCT products.
• Conduct research to help position POCT products effectively in the market.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams for smooth product development.
