Job summary

The Front/Back Office Consultant will support the local IT Business Unit by structuring, consolidating, and analyzing data reporting, and ensuring governance on IT projects, plans and budgets.

S/He ensures alignment with local and Group standards, develops PMO materials, and contributes to risk management, performance tracking, and stakeholder communications across AIA PH.

Responsibilities

• Establishes Governance Processes and Monitoring of IT Project objective and Results to meet overall IT Business objectives.
• Manages PMO Cadences – Project Reviews and Upper Management Reviews on a regular basis.
• Continually develops IT PMO Materials, Templates, Lessons Learned, to aid in the operational and project-specific reporting for both AIA PH Local Business Unit and AIA Group, including documentation of alignments and approvals from relevant stakeholders during Project Steer Committee Meetings.
• Establishes and maintains knowledge database Project Management Office (PMO) processes and conducts continual process improvement/innovations for increased effectiveness and efficiency using appropriate models and methodologies.
• Works closely with the AIA PH IT Leadership Team to manage IT Project risks and resolve challenges on IT Strategic Plans and Performance against Objectives & Key results.
• Highlights risks due to changes or delays and appropriately flags negative impact to IT PMO Strategies on a timely manner to upper management.
• Interfaces and leads PMO process discussions on all PMO Activities in compliance to the AIA Risk & Compliance Teams and Internal Auditor reviews.
